Personally Adjusted by the Brand's Owner in Germany
All of our timepieces are tested and adjusted in Germany. This procedure is conducted by Nauta Timepieces Founder Nick Schneider at our headquarters in Zwickau, Germany. Our testing and adjusting procedure ensures that every Nauta Timepiece maintains an average accuracy of +- 7 seconds per day, according to our machinery on the day of testing. Achieving this level of precision is no small feat, and why we are proud to offer our customers something unique.
Our Rigorous Testing Process
To ensure each watch meets our accuracy standards, we test and adjust every timepiece in up to 5 different positions. The accuracy of each timepiece is calculated using the mean of up to 35 values measured in 5 different positions to ensure your timepiece is accurate. The watch is adjusted manually in each position until accuracy is satisfactory. This comprehensive testing process is crucial to guarantee that the watch performs consistently, regardless of how it is worn. By simulating the various positions a watch might be in throughout the day, we ensure that our timepieces maintain their accuracy in real-world conditions, not just in controlled environments.
